_{Welcome to the Explorer’s Webpage. Hello, I am the new Principal at Nueva Vista, Sal Flores. Even though this is my first year here at Nueva Vista, it’s my sixteenth here in the Bassett Unified School District. My most recent assignment was as Principal at Bassett High, having also served as an Elementary Principal, Assistant Principal, Elementary Teacher and coach. I am extremely fortunate to be here in the community, where I plan on doing my very best to lead our staff and students to higher academic expectations. I truly look forward to the opportunity to work with our parents and community to build strong futures for our students.
